Peace is Care

Guys, i found an article about the peace movement in USA, it tells us about how USA made a good relationship to another country. if we able to do that, so we'll have a thousand benefit, one of them is to make our economy system being stable or even better, that is the most important thing. if you are curious, i give this link for you "the peace movement" check this out, Peace :D

What the most beautiful thing in this universe?

That question so challenging, isn't it?. i'm sure many of you will have a lot various interesting answer. yeah, you all are right, no wrong answer! because that question is so relative but try to think deeply again. what the endless problem that this universe have? the answer is "WAR"!.


Nowadays, too many problem happened since the world war ended. Long time ago, when the world war happened, people want to peace, want to enjoy their life in happiness. They keep struggling to make this world peace. They even sacrificed their self for just one word "Peace!", just look up their picture while they were struggling to make this world to be peace. They even made the UN (United Nation) for us!. They even made AFS (American Field Service) to make friendship. But see what happen today, it's really upside down from their aspire. Many of us shackled by our selfishness. We want to be rich, want to be happy, want to be the winner without look behind us who are less fortunate. See! they want to be like us too, they want to be happy together, they are our family. As a family we should be happy together!. So, are you gonna say that we can't be happy together because we are different? Man, we just different from the outside, from how the way we live, but in essence we are a same human from a same genus, are you still going to say that we are different? you know what? the diversity make us beautiful no matter who you are!. Therefore, let us together apply the peace and friendship as much as possible, because we do not know how long we will keep together in this world.

I have a dream that someday i'll be the embassy of my Indonesia and invites all ambassadors in this world to realize peace and friendship by visit and observe directly to every country.

Unforgetable First Moment.

Dear everyone,

Today is my 4th month since my foot step the USA land for the first time, YEEAAH! Another dream became true :D. Ok, you know what? Now I’m sitting right in front of my lovely lepy just keep thinking about what I’ve done, rack my brains… hahaha.

Yeah, alright guys! This is my story…. Keep eyes on!

Hoah(stretching), “oh, Kalamazoo…” Muhammad said, and I just amazed “Thank god, another journey begin” my heart said. Then, we go outside to pick-up our stuff. But before we go, I saw people standing by the waiting room, they looks like so familiar, Yeah! They are my new family! Wow! Then conversation begin(and many hugs too). “so nice to see u on real face guys!” that’s my hostmom’s first word to us(I’ll never forget that!) haha. My host mom name is Sherry Vanconant then there’s a lady name Jennifer Lang (I don’t know who exactly she is) then another lady coming and directly hugs us, she is my host mom daughter. So then I got hugs, a pair of shirts, and a Michigan jacket. They’re so nice to us (of course dude!). I got my suitcase and ready to go, I thought I’ll come home and rest for a long time, but then I was wrong! Because my brother (actually just a double placement) Muhammad want to follow the soccer That Begin Today!! So then I must follow them to the body checker. Then my host mom offer me, “do you want to play soccer too? “, because I haven’t any choices, so yeah I play soccer then 😞, no passion and no skill, how can I work? Ahh… just face it Reza!

After that, we directly go to the sport store (so it’s really exhausted) then I got my first soccer ball hahay (it’s not free anyway).. I just got amazed, my Local coordinator is my host mom’s daughter, so we’re really big family right now. Ooh… how fortunate I am, now I don’t worry of anything that could happen to me because of her, it is pretty, isn’t it? Finally, we go home YEAH!!. It’s enough for this day dude. “we arrived Reza” my host mom said. Oooh, I just woke up! And then looking around “wow, it’s amazing!” I said, I saw a beautiful wooden house with a leafy forest. We brought our suitcase out of the trunk and put them inside house, got a new room, and “Are you ready for soccer practice tonight?” my host mom said. Oh my god, seriously? This would be the first exhausted day ever, Yeah. Ok, we leave for another busy day haha.

When the train is over, the coach told us the result, then I failure to be in this team but Mo made it, he was so cheerful because of that. Finally, we finished this day. I took a bath, arrange my room, make a bed, then sleeeeeeeeep over night. Alhamdulillah.

The most wowing thing is first day school, oh wait-wait!! I’ll tell you when I made the cross country team, it was raining outside (dramatic :D) and I was so boring haven’t any sport team yet. So, mom said, ”do you want to join cross country Rez?” Yeah that’s a chance for me!! “of course mom!” I said. So mom made an appointment with the coach, his name is Brad Buter. So, on the next day I got my team picture, my uniform, and my first training directly with all the seniors, Oooh man I’ve no basics too, I thought I’ll join the easy one. We trained on the track first, it just for 200 meters but frequently, yeah you see “FREQUENTLY”. All the seniors done 30 times maaann… and the most awful thing is me! Just 3 times!! Imagine it! Oh, I feel I’m done with it BUT NOT!!! It’s all I want all I need! Must be struggle yoow! i follow every meeting, in every school woow! I broke 1 miles on my first race and it’s increase in every meeting I got! From 1 miles 11 minutes to 1 miles 10 min 30 sec to 1 miles 10 min, AND THEN I BREAK MY 12^th RACE on 2^ndIt was drive me crazy, I’m sure I’m an athlete now! Alhamdulillah! Okay, continue with the first day school. I’ve to choose about 15 lesson and it will be divided to TRIMESTER. Class moving and uniform free (the part that I love in this school!) Dang! Yeah, I met some people familiar with me in soccer and cross country. I got my best friend on my first day school, actually she just my school guider when the first time came, she show me my class, how to open the locker (horrible on the first time! Seriously!), and how to use the Media Center alias Library, Did you know how’s your feel when the first time got lunch? So I will not provide the story here, all of us must be on the same experience! Isn’t it? Ever tardy? Fortunately I almost got one but NOT hehehe. if you want to know what subject I took, I got theater but then I change it to men’s choir, then the second is sculpture, the third is civics but then I’m over with that, I change it to ASL (American sign language) it’s pretty, isn’t it? Then I got world religion (a cool class ever) the last one is economic. 

All my friends look awesome than I ever thought, they all fun and some of them crazy yeah! It was pretty easy to make friends here, because I’ve the recipe man! Just be an ordinary person and not too curious of anything, just see anything as you’ve ever know. Because I see another exchange student that so stiff and looks like all strange for him, so just be yourself and always give smile and greets “How’s going baby..???” Hahahaha.

Hai visitor! I'm Reza a foreign exchange student from Indonesia. so happy to be an exchange student. an experience that so worth ever!. so how's going guys? hope you enjoy this beautiful day.

Now i live Jackson, MI with my host-mom named Sherry. She is a nice lady who always make my day wonderful, a lot of thanks for her. i joined YES (Youth Exchange and Study) as my exchange program.

The cool part of all is school! the place that i can meet all my beloved friend. i enjoyed a lot!

i also joined PH International’s GNML program. the cool program i've ever joined. i have an aspire to make this world full of peace! i'm done with all news that told us about war. just imagine how beautiful this world with love and peaceful. thanks god who still give me live and chance to stay connected with you!
